Enjoy living in a fully self-contained one or two-bedroom brick-and-tile unit with access to undercover parking. Maintenance, rates and insurance are included in a simple monthly charge.

Take advantage of membership of the neighbouring Men’s Shed or join in the active community at the Uniting Church next door. If you don’t feel like cooking in your fully self-contained unit, you can access meals from the on-site aged care facility which gives added peace of mind should you ever need extra care. Rest assured your safety is paramount, with a 24/7 emergency response system, and last, but not least, pets are welcome, subject to approval.

Buses outside the village connect to nearby shopping centres and the retail and entertainment hub of Westfield Garden City is 15 minutes away.
