Welcome to the best of independent retirement living in your one, two or three-bedroom unit with parking, supported by excellent communal facilities in a picturesque, leafy setting. At BlueCare’s Nandeebie retirement village, fully self-contained units are ground-floor duplex with internal-access garages. Home and grounds maintenance is included, along with rates and insurance, in a simple monthly charge. There is an individual 24-hour emergency response system, and overall security monitoring of the village 12 hours a day.

The large and beautiful gardens are a hallmark of Nandeebie village. Residents can wander along a path around the duck ponds (an ideal spot to walk the dog – pets are welcome upon application), or fire up one of the garden barbecues. Another highlight is a community centre with games room, library and a further barbecue area on the balcony, plus collocation with a BlueCare residential aged care facility and day respite centre.

The village is within easy reach of shops, medical and dental services, on the doorstep of the Scribbly Gums Conservation Area with its lovely walking trails.
