Blue Care Executive Director Robyn Batten has sealed one final deal before she departs for Borderless Health; she has driven the purchase of Fraser Shores 1 & 2 retirement villages at Hervey Bay. The two adjacent villages deliver 427 village units plus a large parcel of land where Blue Care will build an aged care facility with land to spare. The deal, negotiated by Russell Allison and Gordon Price of Knight Frank, is worth between $70M and $80M.
