Anchor Point

The Community

Situated on the beautiful Shipwreck Coast, Warrnambool is a large centre for the entire western district and contains many of the tourist, health, business and retail functions for the area. Our Village is positioned in an elevated and north facing location that is close to shops, but also enjoys rural views.

We have a permit for over 200 units on the 21 acre site along with communal facilities and associated infrastructure. At present we have completed stage 1 (23 units) and have sold most of them and the residents have been living with us for over a year in some cases. Our stage 2 units plus the Clubhouse will be completed during 2013. Presales have seen about half of those units reserved as well.

We offer 2 bedroom units with either single or double garage, that are well made and a delight to live in. Plenty of space for furniture and storage without any wasted areas. Kitchens have all the space and bench area you’ll need and our bigger units have a study for craft or computer work.
