Living Choice Twin Waters, Retirement Village, Twin Waters

Living Choice Twin Waters is beautifully located on the Bill Kear Waterway in the award-winning Twin Waters residential community. It’s across the road from the Twin Waters Golf/Tennis Club and a shopping village, where there is a doctor, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shop and restaurant. 

The five-star leisure centre is well-utilised by the residents and includes a 17-metre indoor heated lap pool and spa, outdoor pool, BBQ area, gym, billiards room, lounge, library/computer room, pampering centre, movie theatre, auditorium with dance floor and workshop. There is also a bowling green with its own clubhouse.

For added peace of mind, there’s a co-located Estia Health Aged Care Residence, so you need never leave the village if you or your partner require extra care. Living Choice Home Care services and 24-hour emergency response are also available.

From the village there is direct access to a 30-hectare recreational lake where you can enjoy boating and fishing and the unspoilt North Shore Beach and Novotel Twin Waters Resort is a short cycle away.

The first Living Choice village opened in Davistown, NSW in 1992 and, following its sale to Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs in December 2003, it is now one of the largest privately owned retirement village companies in Australia. Prior to entering the retirement living industry, Ian and Graham had extensive experience in the hospitality industry through their company EDP Hotels, formerly known as the Eureka Hotel Group, which was established in 1993.

Living Choice comprises 10 operating retirement villages – on the Central Coast, Sunshine Coast, in Sydney and Adelaide. Their 11th and 12th villages – Living Choice Parkwood on the Gold Coast and Living Choice Galston in Hornsby – are set to become further award-winning retirement destinations.

Recently, the company expanded to include Over 50s Lifestyle Resorts. Its first resort, Living Choice Mount Barker, is now under construction in SA and will be followed by a second Over 50s Lifestyle Resort in Murray Bridge.

The company also has residential terrace homes and apartments in Sunshine Cove, Maroochydore and is set to create its first master-planned residential community comprising approximately 900 home sites, at Palmview on the Sunshine Coast.

Living Choice Home Care was established in late 2017 and is now available at all their villages to provide a wide range of home care services.
