The newly redeveloped 158-bed Green Hills Residential Care Service in East Maitland, brings an integrated community living experience for residents and their families.
This new service is purpose-built with residents’ health and wellbeing central to the design with a household model of care accommodating 15-16 rooms within each household. High quality care is provided while supporting the independence and quality of life for all who choose to call Green Hills home.
Location
Keeping connected to the local community you know and love is important. The home is within walking distance to Stockland Green Hills Shopping Centre and has easy access to a range of local support services including public transport and East Maitland Library and the new Maitland hospital located in the nearby suburb of Metford.
Accommodation
This 158-bed service is arranged like a pinwheel with four separate wings each accommodating a group of residents within a discrete household and has been intentionally designed to feel warm and comfortable with ease of movement in mind. Each household contains 15-16 single rooms (with ensuite) and has its own lounge and dining areas, as well as a kitchen and servery that is accessible to everyone in the household.
