SCC (TAS) has completed the construction and sale of all 84 homes in its Fairway Rise Lifestyle Retirement Village, located in the centre Hobart on the 9ha old Rosny Park golf course.

Each rertirement village home in the rapidly staged development had sold before construction completion; it still has a sales funnel of 456 prospective purchasers waiting in the wings.

A 91 bed/$50M K located aged care facility is also nearing completion.
