Founder and Chairman, Bryan Dorman (pictured) continues to build Regis Aged Care. Over the past two years, Regis has acquired five separate facilities with over 500 beds.

The latest purchase is Playford Village in Adelaide with 125 beds. Regis now operates 47 care facilities across every mainland state. Bupa looked at purchasing Regis in 2011 but couldn’t agree on pricing.

Darren Lynch, Regis General Manager Development, reports they wish to continue to expand and offer vendors their ability to make an offer “not subject to finance approval”.
