It’s been four years in the making but the vision of Joe Trimboli and Charlie Way is to be realised in June.

The first independent living unit resort AURA by new operator Livewell Communities is 60% sold before its opens in Findon, 6.5km northwest of Adelaide.

It has been built by the Jurkovic Group, a family owned and operated company, and designed by architect Anthony Donato. The village’s ambassador is Malcolm Bright, one of AFL’s finest players.

Livewell Communities is the brainchild of Exquisite Now directors Charlie, former Director – Property and Business Development with Southern Cross Care (SA & NT), and Joe, who has over 20 years of leadership and management experience.

“There is really nothing like Aura in Adelaide. It is a resort-style retirement village,” said Charlie.

“We had supply issues with the build but it has been a really good run for the past six months.

“We have a massive wait list and I am pretty confident when we do open it will be as good as sold out.”

The first stage has 61 one-, two-, two plus study and three-bedroom apartments, ranging in price from $340,999 to about $600,000.

The ground floor units have courtyards and all upper levels have balconies.
