Retirement village operator Warrigal has announced that four fully-serviced one-bedroom independent living apartments at their Shell Cove village are the last available - and are being taken up quickly due to high demand.

Located on the ground floor of The Quay, the apartments are part of the village’s standout ‘The Quay Apartments’ collection.

Each feature spacious open-plan living areas with a lounge, dining space and kitchenette. The layout allows the apartments to be perfectly suited for comfortable, independent living.

All homes at Warrigal Shell Cove have been designed and built with age friendly features, and these apartments are no exception.

Warrigal says its aim was to create homes that are both spacious and low maintenance, whilst being of high-quality to suit resident’s lifestyles.

Additionally, The Quay Apartments come with a range of included and additional support services to help residents maintain their independence and follow the innovative new concept of ageing in place, a practice many village operators are embracing to improve the wellbeing of residents.

Services include gourmet meals prepared three times a day onsite by Warrigal Shell Cove’s chef in the Galley Bistro, weekly cleaning and linen service, and an electronic monitoring and alarm system, which is monitored off-site 24/7.

To showcase these final apartments, Warrigal Shell Cove is offering obligation free tours for interested families, running every Friday at 10.30am at the village.
