Lifestyle Estate village in Dingley Village, Victoria , a boutique retirement village consisting of 52 ILU’s has recently been acquired by Baldwin Living, a family- owned group with six other villages in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Hobart.
Previously owned and operated by Australian Lifecare Developments (who have exited the sector to concentrate on core business) the village will be known as Baldwin Living Spring Gardens .
Baldwin Living CEO, Paul Burkett says that one of their key strategies is to maintain a boutique feel in their villages as they grow the business and Baldwin Living Spring gardens embodies this philosophy.
The village will not only provide a great range of facilities to residents but enhance the community by offering a wide range of in home and resident services.
With the sale of their last aged care facility (after 50 years in the sector) and the rebrand from Baldwin Care Group to Baldwin Living, the company’s focus will now be on retirement living and their home care service Baldwin HomeServe.
