Following seven years with Villa Maria (VIC), CEO Valerie Lyons has accepted the position of Executive Director with Uniting Age Well ( Victoria and Tasmania), commencing next January. 

Uniting Age Well has 20 care facilities, 20 independent living sites plus home and community packages serving the Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo and Tasmania.

The planned merger of Villa Maria and Catholic Homes goes to the vote of members on 28 October and will be effective 1st July 2015. Greg Pullen, current CEO of Catholic Homes, will now be the CEO of the merged entity.
