The prestigious Lulworth House in Sydney’s Elizabeth Bay was put under the spotlight last year for claims that the operator had failed to meet its requirements.

Investigations by the Department of Health were sparked by complaints brought by relatives of residents who died at the aged care home.

One of the complainants has lodged an appeal with the Office of the Aged Care Commissioner.
