Continuing its momentum in reshaping its business, the Board of RSL Care has elevated Craig Mills (pictured) from COO to CEO.

He takes over from Stan Macionis who came in as CEO 18 months ago with the retirement of Ross Smith. Mr Mills joined at the same time.

The Board has emphasised that Mr Mills has proven ability to deliver enterprise change that responds to the needs of consumers.

Prior to RSL Care he had spent 25 years with Uncle Ben’s Australia (Mars Corporation), Nestlé and Golden Circle. His mandate is to deliver innovative products and services.
