Gannon Lifestyle Communities is a family business established by Tom Snr and Mavis Gannon.
After 20 years as developers of retirement villages across regional Australia, they themselves decided to take a back seat, supporting their sons – Tom and Michael Gannon - to take the reins. At this point, Tom Snr and Mavis moved into one of their own estates.
Based on that personal experience (the ultimate market research), the homes our family business is creating are now the highest quality we have ever achieved. And we still receive lots of advice and inspiration from Mum and Dad.
We insist the homes are finished with the kind of meticulous detail we’d be looking for if we are going to live in our Retirement Estates.
